Overview
U. S. Steel Tubular Products, Inc.’s Tubular Threading and Inspection Services Division is a leading provider of API and premium threading as well as inspection services for oil country tubular goods (OCTG) typically ranging from 3-1/2” through 20” OD (please inquire with a
U. S. Steel Tubular Products representative for availability of services for ODs smaller than 3-1/2”).
Tubular Threading and Inspection Services Division:
- Performs inspections, including Full Body Ultrasonic, Weld Line, Electromagnetic, Visual, Dry or Wet Special-end Area Inspection, and Dye Penetrate
- Provides ancillary threading and inspection services, including bucking, torque turn, saw cutting, full-length drift and phosphate float shoes, collars and mud hanger assemblies and repairs, cross roll straightening, sand and water blasting, brush roll and spray, clean and re-dope
- Offers storage for OCTG and line pipe products at a 150-acre secured facility
