ACQ Pressure Treated Lumber Effect on Sheet Steel
Wood, as a building material, is often pressure treated by forcing preservatives into wood cells to provide protection against decay from insects, fungi, microorganisms and moisture. Chromated Copper Arsenate (CCA) has been used as one of the most common preservatives for pressure treated lumber since the 1940s.
